The fern belongs to the tropical plants and grows best in a warm and humid environment.
Outdoors, we choose semi-shaded and shady places that are not exposed to the strong midday summer sun.
To plant the fern in a pot on our balcony, we choose points with eastern or western exposure. If we still want to place it inside the house, we choose a bright place where the sun's rays do not hit directly. The fern is sensitive to both low and very high temperatures, as well as sudden changes in temperature. As it is sensitive to cold and hot currents, it is important to secure a sheltered position for it.
