6. Order delay
Your order may be delayed if it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to the payment ) because e.g. the information you have entered is not correctly updated.

7. Product deliveries
Deliveries are made as close as possible to the time chosen by the customer, always depending on traffic load, weather conditions and any extraordinary circumstances, by a cooperating courier company. In the event that the recipient - although he has been notified of the delivery of the order - is absent from the premises or refuses to receive the order, the order returns to the store and the recipient or sender has the option of receiving it from the physical store on Egnatia 103, Thessaloniki, working days and hours. In the case of a bouquet, the bouquet will be kept for up to 48 hours in refrigerated conditions, while in the case of a potted plant, the order will be kept in the best possible condition for the next 96 hours, for collection from the store. After this period - 48 hours for bouquets and 96 hours for plants in pots or compositions - the order is canceled without the possibility of a refund as it is a perishable product. Only one order delivery attempt is included in the final price and for any additional shipment re-agreed upon, the customer will be charged the additional cost of the second shipment.
